Speak Freely is a great marketing and networking tool for all our speakers
and we are excited that you have decided to join our list. We hope that

There is an initial set-up fee of $35 with a nominal annual fee due on
January 31, 2007. (This nominal fee helps defray the cost of printing
and postage.) Please take a moment to fill
